This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call. As such, second brief has not been filed by the petitioners. 3.

When the matter was listed before Dy. Registrar (J) on 17.07.2014, none had appeared for the petitioners and it was directed that the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one week, failing which the matter would be placed before the Bench for dismissal. Again the matter was listed on 25.08.2014 and on that date this Court directed that the defects, as pointed out by the S.R. be removed within two weeks from that date. But till date, defects have not been removed.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to remove the defects. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the orders dated 17.07.2014 and 25.08.2014.
