Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

It appears, petitioner's request for demarcation of particular land is pending vide Annexure-2 before the competent authority. In the event of pendency of such application as of now, decision as appropriate, be taken by the Tahasildar, Nischintakoili-opposite party no.1 by undertaking the complete exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner but, however, involving the parties likely to be affected. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
