The Petitioner being in custody in connection with Dharambandha P.S. Case No.23 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. No.75 of 2021 on the file of learned Dist. & Sessions Judge, Nuapada for alleged commission of offence under Section302/201/34 of the IPC, has filed this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as placed, while being not grant of bail to the Petitioner, this application stands disposed of with the observation that the trial court would do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
