This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the recitals in the I.A. and on consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, paragraph No.6 of the Order dtd. 17.05.2022 be substituted by the following; " As agreed to the amount awarded by the District Judge-cum-First Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jeypore, i.e., Rs.4,45,000/- with 6% interest from the date of application, i.e., 13.02.2001 remains unaltered. The discretion relating to penal default interest is set aside. " 4.
The period as stipulated in the order dtd. 17.05.2022 stands extended by a further period of six weeks from today. Rest of the order remains unaltered. The appellant-Insurance Company
is called upon to make the necessary deposit within the stipulated period.

The inconvenience caused to the parties is regretted. 6.
The I.A. accordingly stands disposed of.
