He submits, his client is defendant no.2 in C.S. no.393 of 2019, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kendrapara. Written statement has been filed by his client. His client has moved Court for direction upon the trial Court to expeditiously deal with the suit.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. The learned Civil Judge is requested to deal with the suit as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournments. 3.
