This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 13.09.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in G.R. Case No.471 of 2011 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance for commission of the offence under Sections 498A/304-B/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against them.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

It appears that the defects pointed out by the S.R have not yet been removed.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 7.
This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
