This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on last two occasions on 14.11.2022 and 01.12.2022 and on the last date, one last chance was given to the petitioners who have failed to avail such chance.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it presupposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution.
