ORDER

1. The only relief that the Appellant is praying for at this stage is that the Appellant's representation against the bill raised by the Respondents should be considered in a time bound manner.

2. Given that the limited nature of relief being sought, it is directed that the Appellant's representation dated 24th September 2014 (Annexure-3) be considered by the Respondent No.2, if any cause of action still subsists, within a period of four weeks, and in any event, not later than 26th October 2022 and the decision thereof be communicated to the Appellant within a week thereafter.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that there has been no disconnection of the electricity of the Appellant in the meanwhile. Consequently, there is no need to pass any interim order in that regard at this stage.
