This I.A. is filed for modification of the order dated 27.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.681 of 2022.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is suffering for there is no targeting direction involving disposal of the representation in the order dated 27.01.2022. 3.

Keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the Petitioners have already submitted representation in terms of the order dated 27.01.2022, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
