1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. This Court vide order dated 02.07.2008 had directed the employer to take effective steps for payment of the legitimate arrears of the admissible dues of the workman/petitioner, who stood dismissed from service upon conclusion of domestic inquiry.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that inspite of many intimations, none has come forward to pursue the present contempt. It is perhaps due to the fact of needful was done.

4. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the CONTC is disposed of.
