This application has been filed seeking for recalling of the order dated 10.11.2022.

Mr. B.K. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that they entered appearance through virtual mode and by filing Vakalatnama on 05.08.2010 and as such on the basis of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that by efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous and the same is disposed of. Now a different stand is taken so far as miscommunication was brought over. Therefore, filed the application for recalling of the order.

Once the learned counsel for the Petitioner made statement before the Court by efflux of time the matter has become infructuous and disposed of he cannot take a different....., which is
absolutely uncalled for.

In view of that, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
