Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that assailing the order passed by the learned Trial Court in T.R. No. 96 of 2007 wherein the petitioner has been convicted under Section13(2)/13(1)(c) of the P.C. Act, 1988/409 I.P.C., he has preferred an appeal which is pending in this Court Numbered as CRLA No. 12 of 2009.

Taking note of such submissions, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to re-agitate the grievance, if so advised, after disposal of the CRLA No. 12 of 2009.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
