Since on instruction, Mr. Mohanty submits that in the meantime, Lahunipada P.S. Case No.227 dated 30.12.2021 has been registered under Sections 143/249/323/506/194, I.P.C. read with Sections 3(i)(r)(s) & 3(2)(v)(a) of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, 1989, Mr. Sarangi does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
