This is an application for modification of order dated 3.2.2022 Order No.

passed in W.P.(C).No.684 of 2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is inadvertent mentioning in writ petition at several places by disclosing R.P.Case No.574 of 2018 in stead of R.P.Case No.974 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner drawing attention of this Court to Anenxur-1 to the writ petition submits that the actual number of R.P.Case No.974 of 2018.

Considering that there is typographical error at the instance of the petitioner, this Court allows the request for correction of the order dated 3.2.2022. The "R.P.Case No.547 of 2018" wherever reflected in the order dated 3.2.2022 passed in W.P.(C).No.684 of 2022 be corrected and read hereinafter as "R.P.Case No.974 of 2018". 4.

I.A. stands disposed of.
