2. Perused the report of the learned Ad hoc Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Baripada, as forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Baripada. It is stated that the charge has not yet been framed and the matter is posted to 13th July, 2022 for consideration of charge and consideration CE report.
3. The bail application is, therefore, disposed of directing the learned court below to do the needful in the case and to make efforts to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably
// 2 // within a period of six months. The court below is further directed to examine the victim at the first instance. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim.
