By way of this writ petition a serious allegation is made that in spite of filing of a statutory appeal, the Opposite Party No.2 is neither registering the same nor taking a decision thereon. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and finding the grievance of the Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, if the Petitioner has already filed appeal with interim application as enclosed vide Annexure-2, the same shall be registered and a decision on the interim application shall be taken within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
