This Writ Petition involves a challenge to the order at Annexure-7 issued by the Court of the Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal. Notice was issued in a local Daily on 28th January, 2009. There was specification requiring a bid involved within a stipulated time.

This Court records the statement of Mr. Dey, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 that there has been no attending to such notice.

This Court here observes, the inputs in the impugned notice have lost its force. This Writ Petition has already become infructuous.
