1. For the reasons stated therein, the delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.

2. The application for condonation of delay is allowed. MACA No. 1007 of 2007

3. The amount awarded for the deaths of the passengers is just Rs.1,50,000/-. The Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the amount awarded is insignificant. It is also stated that the Respondent has died in the mean time.
