Heard Mr.Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Order No.
Mr.N.C.Panigrahi, learned Senior Counsel for the opposite party-State. At this stage of the matter, Mr.Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime the brief has already been entrusted to the Advocate General Office. This Court does not want to enter into such controversy. 2.
Hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and going through the disclosure through memo dated 22.11.2022, filed by learned counsel for the petitioners in Court today, bringing to the notice of the Court that there is some development through National Company Law Tribunal vide Annexure-1 involving the dispute involved herein, this Court finds there is no further cause of action in entertaining the writ petition, which is disposed of accordingly. 3.
The memo filed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners be kept on record.
