On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that after issuance of notice in the matter vide order dated 25th February, 2014, the Petitioner has not taken any step to get the matter listed. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. 5.
