Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves an allegation of illegal consideration of the objection of the Petitioners involving reservation of a Panchayat in the Grama Panchayat Election, vide Annexure-3. But the Writ Petition did not involve the outcome of such objection. In the circumstance, this Court finds difficulty in entertaining such Writ Petition but however allows learned counsel for the Petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of as withdrawn. This Court also directs the State Authority to provide a copy of the order as an outcome to Annexure-3, if any, to the Petitioners at least

// 2 // within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this order. Consequent upon the outcome, in the event any contingency arises for moving afresh, the Petitioners will be at liberty to file a better Writ Petition.
