This is application for modification/correction of the typographical error appearing in the judgment dated 06.09.2022 passed in S.A. No.197 of 1994.

Considering submission made and on going the through the averments taken in the Petition, the date of judgment and decree of T.A. No.83 of 1992 i.e. "23.07.1992 and 30.04.1992" as typed in the 1st page of the judgment dated 06.09.2022 passed in S.A. No.197 of 1994 stands corrected as "23.04.1994 and 30.04.1994" respectively.

Necessary corrections be carried out accordingly. 4.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
