This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following grievance.

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to admit the writ application and issue notice to the opp.parties and upon hearing parties allow the writ application and direct opp. party no.1 to pay the amount of Rs.2,42,616.00 which has been allowed by opp.party no.2 pending finalization of his other claims and pending disposal of the 2 departmental proceedings as directed by opp.party no.2 and also pay

Rs.20,00,000.00 as compensation for the death of wife of petitioner for the negligence of opp.party no.1 is not releasing the money even allowed by opp.party no.2 to be released and directed by this Hon'ble Court and also direct opp.party no.2 to reconsider the petitioner's claims for the rest amount on Gratuity on C.P.F. on Leave Salary on Differential Salary on Subsistence Allowance and to pay his money which is due on them."

Opposite party No.1 the Managing Director, Orissa State Cooperative Agricultural and Rural Develop Bank Limited has filed counter affidavit. In paragraph-10 of the counter affidavit, the opposite party has indicated the dues, which the petitioner is entitled to receive from opposite party no.1 and from Jajpur, Angul and Rairangpur CARD Bank 5.

Taking note of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the opp.party no.1 to pay such amount to the petitioner as due and admissible within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order and while making such payment, the order passed by this Court in CONTC No. 78 of 2011 dated 19.03.2019 shall also be taken into account. 6.
