2. This writ petition has been filed in the year, 2003 for affording protection to the petitioner and his family members and/or the police will register the F.I.Rs. with immediate action against opp. party Nos.3 to 9.
3. Mr. Dilip Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter.
4. Considering the prayer made and the fact that 19 years have elapsed in the meanwhile, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed, as infructuous.
