1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge the pleas raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in the trial court.

2. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court forthwith.
