2. Heard Mr. D.P.Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Nayak, Advocate, learned counsel for the C.B.I.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 20th December, 2021 in connection with C.B.I. Bhubaneswar R.C. Case No.5 (A)/2021 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, C.B.I.-1, Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 120-B/409/477-A of I.P.C. and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1) (c) (d) and 13 (1)(a) of the P.C. Act.

4. Considering the nature of acquisitions and the existence of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.
5. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of some material witnesses in the case during trial. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
