The daughter of the deceased employee is before this Court for getting her financial benefits. But the dispute revolves round between the second wife of the deceased employee and the present petitioner. Therefore, unless the petitioner gets a proper declaration from the appropriate forum, the benefits cannot be extended in her favour. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if she is so advised.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
