1. The Industrial Tribunal, Bhubaneswar will reconstruct the records in the cases in question as per Rules with the assistance of learned counsel for the parties. The time limit for adjudication of the cases is accordingly extended by four months from today. Both the parties will cooperate with the Tribunal to ensure that the case in question is disposed of within the above time limit.
