Heard the submission of learned counsel for Petitioner. In spite of service of notice and appearance of a set of Counsel, nobody is showing interest to argue on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2. 2.

Taking into consideration the restriction through the provision at Section 8 of the R.T.I Act, 2005, though this Court is not satisfied with the application of any of the provision at Section 8 of the R.T.I. Act, 2005 to the case at hand in prohibiting supply of documents at clause 2, but however, for there is no contest shown by the Opposite Party No.2, this Court while disposing of this Writ Petition blocks supply of copy, but however with a rider that in the event any cause of action still survives, such copy may be supplied only in the event the Opposite Party No.2 turns to the authority and asks for supply of such copy. This order shall not create any precedent in similarly situated case.
