Mr. S.P. Panda learned counsel appears on behalf of the LIC. 4.

The present writ petition has filed being aggrieved by the nonselection of the petitioner to attend the interview for the post of peon in the LIC of India pursuant to the letter of the Executive Director (personnel) dated 20th May, 2011 at Annexure-1. 5.

With the efflux of time, the cause of action has rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
