The victim girl, who is the daughter of the Petitioner was found to be major on verification of her certificate after she was rescued by the police. Her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she expressed her desire to stay with her husband against whom allegation of kidnapping has been made. The victim girl stated in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that, she voluntarily accompanied the accused and she has married her on 12.01.2022. 4.
