Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even though there is no cause of action surviving involving the Writ Petition, this Court however finds, Petitioners have Misc. Case filed in 2013 seeking a direction from this Court for disbursement of salary for the period of November, 2006 onwards, this Court observes in the event such outstanding is still there, the decision may be taken on the claim of the Petitioner for release of salary for the period of November, 2006 up to till entitlement by undertaking such exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
