Looking to the averments made in this petition and keeping in view the inconvenience faced by the learned counsel for the Petitioner in placing the case bearing WPC(OAC) No.965 of 2002 on 10.12.2021, this Court allows this CMAPL.

WPC(OAC) No.965 of 2002 be restored to its file. Registry is also directed to find-out the assignment and list the WPC(OAC) No.965 of 2002 before the assigned Bench next week. 3.
