Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

Taking into account the nature of the grievance, this Court is constrained to hold that with efflux of time, the same has become infructuous, so far as unpaid dues of the petitioners are concerned. It is open for them to seek appropriate relief in accordance with law.

With such observations the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
