1. A letter written by the Inspector-in-Charge, Bargaon Police Station, Sundargarh dated 12th June, 2016 addressed to the Advocate General, Odisha has been produced before this Court. It is stated therein that the appellant Bhakulu Kisan has been released prematurely by the Government of Odisha, Law Department as per order dated 13th August, 2010 and now he is not in jail custody.

2. In that view of the matter, no order is called for in the present appeal. The appeal is disposed of.
