05. 1. This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode.

2. The petitioner was the defaulting borrower and has challenged the action of the AXIS Bank, Kharavela Nagar, Bhubaneswar in initiating recovery process under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous as upon a settlement, the loan account of the petitioner stood closed.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
