This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This the second journey of these Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. who has been implicated in connection with Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No.154 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.6898 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offence under section-498-A/294/341/326B/307/34 of the IPC read with section-4 of the D.P. Act, for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case. It may be stated here that on the earlier occasion, the move had been withdrawn as by then no criminal case had been registered as then placed by the learned Counsel for the State. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel appearing for the Informant.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding

// 2 // circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment; it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with above mentioned case within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
