been remanded to the Sales Tax Officer for a fresh assessment.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court is not persuaded to frame any of the questions urged for consideration in this revision petition filed by the Assessee. The Assistant Commissioner of Sales Tax (ACST) is requested to proceed in accordance with law pursuant to the remand order and complete the proceedings within six months from today.
