Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the opposite party no.1 to dispose of the representation dated 26.03.2013 vide Annexure-7 within a stipulated time and further seeks for a direction to the opposite party no.1 to accept auction amount with interest from him to pay back the same to opposite party no.2 (auction purchaser) and to release the mortgaged property in his favour and to put an end to all litigations pending between the parties. 4.

Since there is a civil dispute pending between the parties, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
