Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the Form-2 at the instance of the Petitioner and take a lawful decision in the matter involving the parties likely to be affected. 3.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
