1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 25th October, 2021 in connection with Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No.25/2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.268/2019 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C.(R ), Balasore for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 417/294/506/376/354-C of I.P.C. read with Sections 67/67(A) of the I. T Act.

4. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall not approach, threaten, coerce or pressurize the victim in any manner whatsoever and he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case, failing which it shall be open to the said court to pass necessary orders to take him to custody again.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
