Heard Mr. U.K. Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order under Annexure-6 passed by the District Tender Committee and he further seeks direction to release the EMD and additional performance security deposited by him within a stipulated period.

Since the contract period of the work has been over since long, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the

petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
