This is an application for appropriate order filed by the petitioner.

Considering the submissions, the order dated 11th January, 2022 is modified to the extent that in last sentence of Paragraph-5 of the order the following line be inserted.

" Till disposal of the appeal by the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.2, order dated 6th January,2022 under Annexure-5 in respect of the Petitioner shall not be given effect to."

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
