This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 01.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.33171 of 2021.

It is submitted by Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the direction passed by this Court has not been complied with in letter and spirit.

Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties submits that the order dated 01.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.33171 of 2021 has been complied with and action has already taken vide Encroachment Case No.560 of 2021-22 by the Tahasildar, Dhenkanal. However, the same has not been communicated to the Petitioner as directed by this Court vide order dated 01.11.20211.

Considering such submission, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties is directed to furnish details to the counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is dropped.
