1. It appears that prayers in the present petition have been rendered infructuous. Additionally, Mr. S.P. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 draws attention to a summons issued in a civil suit, filed by the present Petitioner i.e. T.S. No.64 of 1997 in the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Berhampur which is stated to be pending.
2. In that view of the matter, the interim order passed by this Court is vacated and it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate interim reliefs in the aforementioned pending suit in accordance with law.
3. The Revision Case No.9 of 2001 may proceed in accordance with law before the Commissioner of Endowments.
4. No further directions are called for and accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
