1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

The Petitioner-Bank has laid challenge to the interim order dated 8th September, 2014 passed by the DRT, Cuttack, whereby in the pending O.A. No.187 of 2009 filed by the Bank, the amendment application moved for impleading one Pritish Gupta as party respondent was rejected.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking unconditional withdrawal of the present Writ Petition as the main case i.e. the Original Application has itself been decided by the learned DRT, Cuttack in the meanwhile. The memo be kept on record.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties has no objection.
