This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The present writ application has been filed challenging the inaction of the opposite parties in not utilising the funds collected from the students of college for the developmental work of Chitalo Degree Mohavidyalaya in Jajpur district, which is an aided educational institution.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has submitted a representation on 14.12.2021 before the Regional Director of Education, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.3, which is pending as of now.

Mr.Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Opposite Parties submits that he has no instruction if a direction to the Regional Director, Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and executive instruction governing the field within a stipulated period of

// 2 // time.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed with a direction to the Regional Director of Education, Bhubaneswar to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and the executive instruction governing the field within a period of eight weeks. 6.

It is needless to mention here that the Opposite Party No.3 shall dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure6 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner be communicated to him within a period of 10 days thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
