Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 29.05.2014 passed in O.A. No. 1187 of 2014, which was an interim order. As such, the petitioner has also indicated in the prayer portion of the writ petition that O.A. No. 1187 of 2014 is still pending before the Member, Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum for disposal of O.A. No. 1187 of 2014, if the same has not yet been disposed of in the meantime. 6.
