This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate.

The short prayer of the Petitioner in the present writ application is that the appeal which has been filed by him is pending before the appellate authority i.e. Minister of Higher Education Department bearing Appeal Case No.32271(II) of 021. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the appeal has been filed since long and the same is pending before the appellate authority.

Mr.Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that let the Petitioner move the appellate authority for early disposal of the appeal.

Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate, the present writ

// 2 // application is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to file an application for early disposal of the appeal case within a week. In the event such an application is filed before the appellate authority within the aforesaid period, the appellate authority shall take up the matter expeditiously and dispose of the same within 12 weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 7.

It is needless to mention here that the appeal shall be considered in accordance with law and shall be disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
