This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
Petitioners have clear remedy of statutory appeal. Keeping this in view, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition involving the order at Anenxure-3 but, however disposes of the same with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under the appropriate provision within a period of two weeks hence along with required applications for condonation of delay and interim protection. In the event of any such Application filed, the delay shall be condoned and the appeal shall be heard on its own merit besides the Application for interim protection shall also be taken up and decided. Till a decision is taken on the application for interim protection, status quo as of now involving the disputed property shall be maintained.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's
